Every year I have a client that hires me steady for live digital Caricature, and this year he asked me if I could do a portrait Caricature painting of his Three kids from a photo they took while in London, England. I did the pencils, and painted it digital. The client last minute wanted the heads smaller , so thank goodness for Photoshop!

I get asked if I ever do portraits that are not caricaturized, so I tried to not Exaggerate as much

The challenge was to draw someone every day for someone’s birthday, and do what ever you can in one day. Most of these drawings and paintings are done from 1/2 hour to 4 hours each.

I work along with Teresa Wagner a nurse and friend at the same assistant living where I am a Chef. She is with the residents all the time and during this covid-19 coronavirus pandemic I wanted to honor her with a painting caricature portrait illustration done in #adobefresco and help to support Adobe #HonorHeroes #HonourHeroes

A owner of a West Shore Pizza Restaurant in Tampa Florida, received a gift Caricature portrait for his 50th birthday celebration

This is a e-book cover for a Christian publication, here is a breakdown of the concept from the client: Elijah is the boy's name, inside a well used, old and decrepit library on a search for his missing grandparents. The librarian, Ms. Luci, is trying to prevent Elijah from entering a special room in the library that has a red, crimson eye catching color door. A chase begins when Elijah rips away from Ms. Luci. Elijah runs, opens the red door, runs through the red door and a bright light shines out of the door. We are keeping Elijah as a young, boy, 5-7, slightly short, slightly chubby, red freckle cheeks, orangish hair, godzilla t-shirt, innocent, inquisitive, not-wealthy, wearing green worn shorts, worn black high top shoes and little white socks showing going up above his ankles scrunched ... I guess almost like the catcher on the Sandlot movie ;)- Ha, just thought about that. Feel free to be creative and flexible with it, but we are just aiming at simple image with no background. Merely open red door with him almost through the red door, with merely his slight backside showing and a leg up in the air showing that he's on the run through the open red door. It's to be an image pasted onto the front cover, expandable and contractable for us to move around and place.

I was out of my element trying to create a vector image for a new local company called "built in a kilt" I created in all In Photoshop, and then saved in the illustrator vector program with separate layers. I can't wait to see the work on his van being printed and Laid out my my friend Mike from http://www.signstation.com i will share more soon. Still working on Arnie the Christmas Pig children's book, 5 Illustrations depicting Hell. Mural project starting next week for a underwater scene of 12 family members as sea creatures

I thought I would share an update on an issue I had with the layout of my my latest project. Well after some changes from my client this t #shirt #cartoon #caricature #sketch #illustration is finally done, I wish could add more colors and even more values. Still pleased with the outcome?

This assignment was to draw a fashion portrait for a fashion designer for a t-shirt line= I am Art. It drove me crazy because in this project I was just suppose to think simple lines! Now let me explain "simple" does not always mean that it is simple to get a line or look that works. It is almost easier for me to do something highly rendered than explain something in one line!
